Returns

To return your goods for credit or refund, please follow these instructions.

If not satisfied and you would like to exchange or return, please email us within 7 days of the original order at amykahnrussell@gmail.com or phone 203-438-2133 with the reason for return and we will issue a return authorization number (RA#).

  • The merchandise must be received at AKR within 10 days of the RA # being issued.
  • The RA# must be written on the outside of the box as well as on a copy of the original packing slip included with the item being returned.
  • Amy Kahn Russell is not responsible for any item not received, or any item returned without a return authorization.
  • Original shipping fees will not be credited.
  • We will not issue a credit or refund for any item that indicates the item had been used or worn.
  • All sale items are final sales.

Conversions

Amy Kahn Russell will convert any earring purchased from the AKR website for free one time only.
 
Repairs

Accidents can happen to the best of us.  We take great pride in our quality and workmanship and have always taken great care of our customers.  We generally repair all Amy Kahn Russell jewelry for free.  Please note, there are exceptions to this rule, and each case is judged on an individual basis.  Please contact us to receive a Repair Authorization number (RA #) before sending your item for repair.  You may call us for this RA # at 203-438-2133 or email us at amykahnrussell@gmail.com.
 
Shipping

Amy Kahn Russell uses UPS Ground for all shipments and all packages are insured.  Expedited shipping is available on request for an additional charge.  Please call the AKR Studio if you need your item to be shipped using a faster method at 203-438-2133.
